The Penguin FM team continues to support a growing number of clients in the retail sector and we’re delighted to have been awarded a new contract to deliver total facilities management services for Easy Bathrooms, servicing their head office, distribution centre and 70 showrooms across the UK. The partnership commenced in March 2021 and sees our team manage all assets within Easy Bathroom’s UK-wide portfolio.

Penguin FM Sales Director Mike Robinson says, “We are excited to be working with Easy Bathrooms as we support their ongoing expansion throughout the UK. Their senior management team have embraced our use of technology and our ability to track the total life cycle of all their assets.”

Penguins teams are responsible for all building compliance, planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the Easy Bathrooms estate; each site will use the latest online CAFM system, alongside NFC technology to ensure they remain operational and compliant. They will also be supported with a 24-hour help desk.

Easy Bathrooms Finance Director Laura Green said about the contract award, “We value Penguin’s commitment to helping Easy Bathrooms remain as efficient as possible and make our processes so simple for our store teams. At a time when we’re expanding and opening an average of two new UK showrooms per month, this provides us with peace of mind that our expanding portfolio is being well looked after.”
