Dhand Group CEO Rohin Dhand founded his very first business whilst still a student and since then, has dedicated his career to building successful businesses which make a difference.
Passionate about property and place development, Rohin works with the aim of creating better places and improved communities, through pioneering investments and exceptional property development and management.

Operating in the construction industry, where males working here are three times more likely to commit suicide, we’re particularly aware of the issue of mental health particularly amongst men.
We also know that veterans are another vulnerable group when it comes to male mental health and as a Reserve Army Officer in the British Armed Forces, our CEO Rohin Dhand is extremely passionate about supporting their mental health and wellbeing.
One of our nominated charities for 2021 is therefore the national charity Combat Stress.
We’re based in the heart of Leeds and we’re committed to supporting the communities right here on our doorstep. In 2021 we’re dedicated to supporting the Mayor’s Charity, along with a number of community initiatives.
We know it’s not just about donating cash – sharing our Group’s time and expertise is important too and our teams are really excited to get involved, as we try to do our bit in 2021.
